Alkaline Foods List

Here is an alkaline foods list that is as comprehensive as I could pull together.

Some of the foods are very alkaline, some less so, but all are considered alkaline foods.

The recommended intake of alkaline to acidic foods is 60% alkaline to 40% acid forming.

Edgar Cayce actually recommended an 80% alkaline diet, as the standard North American diet is far too acidic.

Print this list out and carry it with you. You will be surprised at how handy it is to have on hand when you are grocery shopping or eating out.
