I don't watch YouTube videos a lot, but I love when I hear about wonderful inspirational videos.
I have found three wonderful inspirational videos for you to enjoy.
They are very different from each other, but each makes a fabulous, thought provoking statement that should make us all sit up and take notice.
I hope you like them.
If you find others you think I should include here, please contact me to tell me about it.
The first one is by Louie Schwartzberg, award-winning cinematographer, director, and producer.
Louie Schwartzberg is best known for his breathtaking time lapse images of blossoming flowers, ripening fruit and incredible nature scenes.
He is known as "the only cinematographer in the world who has literally been shooting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week continuously for more than 30 years".
This utube video by Louis is about gratitude and appreciation - gratitude for each day we are given in our life on this earth, appreciation for this beautiful world we live in and the breath-taking moments just looking at it can give us and appreciation for the other people who inhabit our planet with us.
It is beautifully filmed and the thoughts expressed are equal to the images in their beauty and inspiring quality.
The video is about 10 minutes long, but well worth the time. I think you will love the beautiful imagery and the heart warming thoughts expressed in this wonderful video.
This next of our inspiring you tube videos is quite a bit shorter, but at least as powerful.
It was made by John Van Achen, speaker and businessman who first shared this video with a large group of business professionals and entrepreneurs that he was speaking to in Russia in December 2009. His topic was "How to Create Your Best Year Ever in 2010" and he showed this video at the end of the day, to summarize his points.
That day, many of the people attending the meeting asked John if they could have a copy of this video, telling him it is one of the most inspirational videos. John has decided to share it with the world.
This is a fairly short but very powerful video that reminds us that we make choices with every thought we have and every action we take.
I think you will love the thoughts expressed in this short film.
This is another of the inspiring You Tube videos I came across that I love.
In it Severn Suzuki, daughter of Canadian environmentalist David Suzuki, and founder of the Environmental Children's Organization, addresses the 1992 UN Earth Summit in Brazil for 6 minutes on behalf of the children of the world, with a plea for world leaders to think about the effect their actions have on the planet and on people.
This has become one of those viral videos that people pass on to others. At the time I viewed it, the video had almost 8 million hits.
Severn has become known as "The Girl Who Silenced the World for 6 Minutes". The year after her speech, she was honored in the United Nations Environment Programme's Global 500 Roll of Honour.
What has happened to Severn since her famous UN speech? She has followed in her father's famous footsteps, becoming an environmental activist, speaker, television host and author.
This one too is worth your time and attention. I hope you enjoy it.
