In this section of the site we have links to our delicious healthy recipes.
There are many definitions of healthy eating.
What constitutes eating healthy to one person is not enough for another.
So let's agree from the start that we all have our take on what healthy meals and healthy cooking mean.
My version may not go far enough for some of you, but hopefully everyone will find some delicious new recipes here.
You will find some of my tips for eating healthy for the new vibrations here.
Each of the healthy recipes on the site contain many ingredients that are needed for building a strong body.
Look below for more information on what we will include here for healthy recipes.
The recipes on these pages include almost no sugar or packaged products, although I do use a bit of butter here and there. If you do not agree with the use of butter, please feel free to replace it as needed.
Here is what you will find on this section of the site:
We'll be growing the site with lots of ways to prepare fresh vegetables and fruit. Healthy cooking and maintaining a healthy body means eating a wide variety of wonderful fruits and vegetables, "eating a rainbow" so to speak.
The use of healthy grains will be explored with many recipes you will want to try. Many health experts recommend replacing the wheat, white rice and white potatoes in our diets with foods like quinoa, brown rice, bulgur and millet.
I will include some meat recipes. I am not a vegetarian and, although I fully see the argument for vegetarianism, it is not where I am at the moment.
The meat recipes included on this site though will follow a few guidelines.
Although I don't state it in each recipe, my personal recommendation is that we need to be very careful about the source of our meat products (all of our food for that matter).
Growth hormones, antibiotics and poor feeding habits by some producers can produce meat that is far from a healthy food choice. These things actually affect the vibrations of the meat and the way it will nourish your body.
Select organic beef, chicken and lamb, or those produced without drugs whenever possible.
